As the Agile Software Manager, your mission is to elevate our Product Owners and Software Testers to peak performance. You’ll champion best practices, strengthen collaboration, and ensure seamless alignment across teams and the broader organization. By combining strategic role leadership with hands-on people management—spanning hiring, growth, and performance development—you’ll drive excellence, innovation, and agility in how we deliver software.
What you will do
- Guide and support Product Owners in refining their agile practices and optimizing delivery performance
- Coach Software Testers in improving workflows, ensuring alignment with the overall test strategy, and promoting cross-team efficiency and quality
- Act as a bridge between Product Owners, Software Testers, and other departments to strengthen collaboration, role clarity, and organizational alignment
- Identify and leverage synergies across teams to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation
- Provide strong people leadership through goal setting, coaching, and performance development conversations
- Align closely with other Agile Software Managers and Release Train Engineers to ensure consistency in leadership practices and operational standards
- Manage key administrative responsibilities including salary reviews, performance evaluations, and professional development planning
- Drive the hiring process and onboarding of new team members to maintain a high-performing, motivated team.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Plus 2 years' experience in a people manager position in Software Development Projects
- Interest in Agile methodologies
- Product development experience.
Personal competencies
- Strong intercultural competence and ability to collaborate effectively in multinational teams
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and developing team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse functions and cultures
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and engagement across teams.
