Join WS Audiology as a Commercial Audiology Project Manager and lead impactful research that advances hearing care worldwide. In this role, you’ll manage complex commercial audiology research projects, drive collaboration with internal teams and external research partners, and translate research insights into innovation, education, and go-to-market strategy. What you will do
- Lead and expand commercial audiology research efforts, driving projects that generate impactful insights for innovation and market success
- Manage the claims and evidence study portfolio, maintaining oversight of timelines, deliverables, and proactive issue resolution
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional and research teams through effective communication, engagement, and structured status meetings
- Develop and execute research project plans, ensuring scientific rigor, compliance with GDPR, and timely delivery of outcomes
- Cultivate and manage collaborations with external research partners and key opinion leaders, including oversight of research contracts
- Identify and propose new research areas aligned with strategic business goals and audiology advancement
- Translate research findings as an industry thought leader to impact product development, professional communication and professional development
- Author and present research outcomes through internal reports, external publications, and conference presentations to strengthen WS Audiology’s industry leadership.
What you bring
Experience
- Master's degree or higher from Acoustic Engineering, Audiology, PsychoAcsoustics or related
- Around 10 years of experience in commercial audiology research and research project management
- Scientific expertise with strategic project leadership skills.
