About the role
As we continue to grow our business, we are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented talent to join our team of experienced marketing and commercial development professionals in the role of Student Assistant in our Regional Marketing and Commercial Development department in the EMEA region at WS Audiology.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from our regional Marketing and Commercial Development teams on various commercial projects and marketing initiatives with business leaders across the EMEA region to fulfill our purpose of making Wonderful Sound for All. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide support in analyzing commercial performance, assist with marketing initiatives, and help prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior management.

Working as a Student Assistant at WS Audiology
As a Student Assistant at WS Audiology, you will be part of an active student community at our CO2-neutral headquarters in Lynge, featuring a gourmet canteen, a fitness center, an outdoor running track, a tennis court, and more.
This is a part-time position designed to accommodate your schedule as a student, with flexible working hours. You will structure your working hours in close dialogue with the team and your direct manager, Head of the Project and Transformation Office for the EMEA region, Jacob Ross Stenger. You can expect a workload of around 15-20 hours per week with flexibility around exams and vacations.
What you will do
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of commercial and marketing initiatives, including, e.g., market strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launch events
- Support the Marketing and Commercial Development team in analyzing financial data, conducting feasibility studies, and evaluating business performance metrics
- Provide project support and coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for decision-making
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders
- Support execution of Marketing initiatives and events
Candidate profile
- Enrolled in a relevant field of study (Bachelor’s or Master's) such as e.g., Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline from Copenhagen Business School (CBS), The University of Copenhagen (UCPH), the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), or similar
- You have at least two years left of your studies
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A genuine interest in the MedTech industry and a desire to learn and contribute to achieving commercial results in a fast-paced environment with high ambitions
- As our corporate language is English, and you will work with colleagues and contacts from around the world, fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required
