This role leads the EMEA Brand Planning and Product Launch Excellence across the region. In this role, your responsibility is to keep all teams and stakeholders aligned, working toward agreed-upon milestones, and helping to ensure our brand strategies, brand initiatives, and product launches create the maximum positive impact in the market. You will collaborate daily with local marketers and work alongside third-party vendors and the global marketing team to design and deliver promotional campaigns.
You will be part of the EMEA Regional Marketing and Commercial Development function of WSA. You will work with a dynamic and cross-functional team supporting all activities related to successful brand strategy development and product launch across multiple locations. Acting as a partner for local affiliates, working closely with General Managers, Commercial Excellence, and Brand Teams to maximize the performance of our brands and the product launches in EMEA.
This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and Commercial Development in EMEA.
What you will do
1. Local Launch Planning and Execution
- Represent and lead the annual SMP planning process for EMEA
- Develop consolidated local launch marketing plans including budget
- Coordinate with brand teams, the EMEA digital hub, and local teams throughout the launch process to ensure everyone is on track and helping when a team faces a challenge
- Support local markets in developing and delivering on local launch plans and activities
- Lead the development of off-line regional marketing launch collateral.
2. Represent the region in GMKT brand & launch alignment forums (LAF)
- Represent the region in Global Value Proposition and Launch & Campaign Concepts creation
- Ensure regional market insights and commercial realities are represented in global brand and launch planning
- Act as the key point of contact between Global Marketing and EMEA markets during the entire launch lifecycle.
3. Evangelize and support roll out of global programs and tools in the local markets in EMEA
- Drive adoption of global marketing programs, frameworks, and tools across EMEA markets
- Serve as a “go-to” expert and ambassador for global initiatives, helping local teams understand how to apply them effectively
- Gather feedback from local teams on global programs and share structured input to improve future global rollouts.
4. Lead EMEA Marketing Excellence
- Drive marketing excellence across the region. Lead building local marketing capabilities, embedding recipes for success, and ensuring effective campaign execution
- Learning best practices for successful product launches and incorporating them into future company launches
- Partner with local marketing teams to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI
- Work with analytics to evaluate campaign performance, extract insights, and recommend and drive continuous improvements.
What you bring
Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience owning and being accountable for brand management and product launch in an indirect channel/ B2B environment
- 5+ years of Project/ Program Management experience
- Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing & growth levers (acquisition, adoption/ activation, monetization, retention).

- A track record of delivering results through product launches
- Blend of strategic thinking, analytics capability, and excellent hands-on skills.
