Sales Representative

We are looking for a new colleague to join one of the world’s leading manufacturers of medical technology. Your main task will be to take care of an assigned group of customers in the Bohemia region (northern and eastern Bohemia and Prague), listen to their requests and needs, provide training through seminars, workshops and individual sessions, help them get familiar with new products, resolve any issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction both with the cooperation and with using our products.
What you will do
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients across the Bohemia region, analyzing their needs in hearing aids and audiology solutions
- Actively identify and approach new clients — primarily ENT clinics, hospitals, and specialized centres
- Provide expert product consulting and technical support to healthcare professionals
- Present and promote the latest product portfolio to drive sales and strengthen brand presence
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a service-first mindset
- Collaborate with medical institutions and partners to expand market reach
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation related to sales activities
- Support and participate in training sessions, workshops, and educational events for clients.
What you bring
Experience
- You have experience in a similar position within sales or healthcare-related role
- You have communicative English skills (writing and speaking)
- You speak fluent Czech
- A valid driver’s license and confidence behind the wheel.
