Product Registration Specialist

We are looking for a Product Registration Specialist to support our markets worldwide. In this role, you will ensure that our affiliates are enabled to register our products locally, ensure regulatory compliance, and smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your work will be essential that WSA can sell its products across diverse markets.
What you will do
- Support our affiliates worldwide with their local product homologation needs by preparing and organizing the required documentation and product samples across all WSA brands
- Ensure that global product registration information is available in time for the product launches
- Act as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders (affiliates, headquarters teams, service providers, notaries) concerning global product registration needs
- Continuously improving efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Ensure clear communication and smooth processes
- Solving problems using professional judgment and providing alternative solutions when needed
What you bring
Experience
- Degree or equivalent apprenticeship in business administration, public services, or a related field
- Around 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in MedTech, quality, or regulatory affairs in medium to large companies
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
- Fluent English skills; other languages like German are a plus but not mandatory

- Organized, structured, and detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt to different cultural and regulatory environments
- Collaborative coworker with a deep-rooted service-oriented mindset
- Commercial awareness and ability to effectively manage complex topics
