You will spearhead a strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives to establish robust customer master governance and drive strategic improvement programs across all regions.
What you will do
- Lead strategic marketing programs and manage end-to-end project delivery, including business cases, budget planning, risk assessment, and alignment with goals, timelines, and quality standards
- Design and implement global commercial operating models and end-to-end system/process frameworks, ensuring consistency and harmonization across regions and functions
- Engage and influence cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders, driving effective change management and ensuring adoption
- Monitor and optimize program execution by tracking performance across cost, quality, and time, managing dependencies, and ensuring transparent reporting to governance bodies and steering committees
- Build and steer cross-functional teams, allocate resources efficiently, and collaborate with external vendors and customers to ensure successful program outcomes.
What you bring
Experience
- Experience in establishing governance frameworks, defining program scope, and setting measurable success metrics for process-standardisation initiatives
- Driving stakeholder engagement and leading change-management efforts across diverse functional and international teams
- Applying strong project-management expertise across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications are considered an advantage
- University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Medical Devices, Finance, or an MBA
- Experience with Master Data Governance preferred.

- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to assess budgets, ROI, and overall commercial impact
- Exceptional stakeholder-management and influencing skills, working confidently with executive and regional leaders
- Clear, effective communicator with sharp problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, persistence, creative thinking, and a strong drive to deliver results.
