You will spearhead a strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives to establish robust customer master governance and drive strategic improvement programs across all regions.
What you will do
Lead strategic marketing programs and manage end-to-end project delivery—business cases, budgets, risks, timelines, and quality standards
Design and implement global commercial operating models and end-to-end frameworks, ensuring harmonization across regions and functions
Drive customer-service transformation through technology and AI, improving efficiency, standardization, and the overall service experience
Implement enterprise-level Master Data Governance models to secure data quality, ownership clarity, and cross-functional compliance
Coordinate operational master data projects to enable reliable, integrated system processes and data-driven decision-making
Engage and influence cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders, steering change management and ensuring long-term adoption
Monitor and optimize program execution, tracking cost, quality, and timelines while ensuring transparent governance and reporting
Build and steer cross-functional teams, orchestrate resources, and collaborate with external vendors or customers to secure successful outcomes.
What you bring
Experience
Experience establishing governance frameworks, defining scope, and setting success metrics for global process-standardization initiatives
Strong program and project-management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid); PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications are an advantage
Proven track record driving technology-enabled improvements, including digital tool rollouts or AI-powered process enhancements
Hands-on experience with Master Data Governance in complex, cross-regional organizations.
Personal competencies
Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to assess budgets, ROI, and overall commercial impact
Exceptional stakeholder-management and influencing skills, working confidently with executive and regional leaders
Clear, effective communicator with sharp problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, persistence, creative thinking, and a strong drive to deliver results.
