Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WSA continues to grow as a market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.
As Senior Data Quality and Business Analyst, you ensure that the organization can rely on its data by defining what “good data” looks like, turning business needs into clear data quality rules and insights, and enabling scalable, trusted data quality monitoring and reporting across data domains.

Define enterprise data quality standards, rules, and validation logic across data domains
Analyze datasets using SQL to identify quality issues, trends, and root causes
Translate business and governance needs into clear requirements for BI and IT teams
Design data quality dashboards, scorecards, and reporting concepts (Power BI / Tableau)
Generate actionable insights from data profiling and quality analysis
Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and system teams to drive remediation
Guide how data quality solutions should look — without being the one building everything
Own tasks end-to-end, from problem definition to follow-up and improvement.
