Senior Brand Manager, Widex

The role will own and lead brand campaign strategy and positioning across channels and markets, partnering closely with the Head of Brand to align strategic direction and ensure executional excellence. Transform insights into actionable brand-building initiatives and drive go-to-market strategies for key product launches. Present strategic recommendations to leadership in a structured, compelling format.
What you will do
- Define global brand and product campaign strategy, including go-to-market approach based on strategic target audiences, and market insights.
- Develop best-in-class B2B2C marketing and content strategy.
- Create and drive approval of promotional and growth plans to deliver on business performance, and engagement targets across our Widex portfolio.
- Define global brand and product campaign strategy, including go-to-market approach based on strategic target audiences, and market insights.
- Ensure consistent representation of brands’ global activations while overseeing tactical execution on global campaigns for multiple titles.
- Manage internal marketing teams and external agencies to deliver key marketing and creative assets and programs while ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Drive commercial initiatives such as reporting, presentation development, and brand representation in cross-functional initiatives. Lead Widex annual review process, driving and communicating conclusions and related recommended actions.
What you will bring
Experience
- Minimum of ten years’ extensive experience in brand management, in an international customer-centric organization.
- Track record in brand/campaign management and in taking markets on a clear journey to success.
- Strong experience in independently and successfully leading strong brands
- Experienced in stakeholder management and effectively working in a matrix organization.
- Comfort with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud solutions) and ability to adapt strategies in a fast-changing environment.

- Leadership & Stakeholder Management : Capacity to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration between sales, marketing and operations.
- Communication & Presentation Skills : Clear and persuasive communicator, able to articulate product strategies and value propositions to internal teams and external partners.
