Join our Global Key Accounts team and help keep some of the world’s biggest retail partners running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert who keeps communication crisp, processes flowing, and data sharp. You’ll dive into operational challenges, untangle tricky issues, and make sure our partners experience top-tier service every day. If you like solving problems before breakfast, this one’s for you.
What you will do
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, logistics, and documentation
Develop and maintain close working relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication
Monitor service levels, identify potential issues, and collaborate with internal teams across borders to solve these and ensure customer expectations are met
Provide regular updates to account managers on customer issues, open orders, service performance, risks and actions to improve
Manage customer master data in ERP system and conduct routine checks to ensure the quality and accuracy of customer records.
You bring
Experience
2–3 years in a customer facing role
Bachelor's degree within business, supply chain, or service management
Understanding of or passion for master data, order flows, or customer operations
Exposure to global or multi-market environments is a plus
Familiarity with wholesale, retail, or similar commercial setups
Comfort working with large datasets and turning them into useful insight
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
