Step into a role where complex international tax challenges meet strategic impact. As our new Manager, Tax and M&A, you’ll play a key role in shaping how major transactions, restructurings, and cross-border activities are structured, executed, and integrated. You’ll be a trusted advisor who keeps risks low, clarity high, and value creation on track.
In this position, you’ll report directly to Niels Nyborg, Head of EMEA Tax & M&A Tax, and work at the center of strategic decision-making. As part of WSA’s Global Tax Team, you’ll join a team of 14 talented professionals - 8 of whom are based at our Lynge headquarters - and help define the future of tax and M&A across the EMEA region.
What you will do
Lead tax structuring for mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and restructurings
Conduct tax due diligence, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
Design and implement tax-efficient domestic and international transaction structures
Ensure smooth post-acquisition integration into the WSA eco system
Advise management on tax implications, alternatives, and recommendations
Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, external advisors, and auditors
Monitor regulatory and OECD developments and assess business impacts
Partner with EMEA CFOs to support tax queries, reviews, and compliance processes.
What you bring
Experience
Solid experience in corporate taxation, international tax, and transfer pricing
Master's degree from finance, law or a similar field
Strong track record advising on complex cross-border M&A transactions
Experience conducting due diligence and evaluating tax risk
Background collaborating with Finance, Legal, and external advisors.
