Student Assistant - Portfolio Services

You will join the Portfolio Services team within Global Marketing, whose team members are located in three countries. The Portfolio Services team is responsible for our global product packaging, merchandise production, Point-of-Sale production, technical document development like user guides, product registration services, Marketing tools, and special Marketing-related projects.
As a Student Assistant in Portfolio Services, you will mainly work with our Marketing production tools, global product packaging, and product registration services. In this role, you will collaborate with many internal stakeholders as well as suppliers globally.
What you will do
• Support the day-to-day business of the digital Marketing tool landscape, global product packaging, and product registration services.
• Assist in projects such as the implementation of new digital/AI tools for Marketing production, global product packaging transformation projects, and similar.
• Create various training materials as well as support with creating management presentations
The working hours are 10-15 hours a week. We will be flexible in exam periods.
What you bring
You might be studying for a bachelor’s degree or have just started your master’s degree in marketing, business administration, management, or a similar field of study.
We do not expect you to have any previous experience in the exact areas of the team but value the right personality and are therefore looking for the following in you:
• At least one previous relevant work experience in industry, consulting, or a marketing agency
• Able to work independently, willing to go the extra mile and to take own responsibility
• Structured and reliable worker
• Strategic thinker, good analytical skills, ability to get familiar with new topics fast
• Thriving in a highly international cross-functional working environment
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
The corporate language is English. You need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Danish is not a necessity.
