Global Program Lead, Post Market Quality

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Strategic Program Leader to drive cross-functional improvement initiatives, facilitate leading complex multisite investigations (eg. Global CAPAs) and establish governance structures supporting and enforcing product quality during the post-market phase. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and driving lean processes across business functions by championing product quality initiatives.
What you will do
You will act as a change agent, fostering collaboration and delivering measurable impact on product quality, efficiency, and product safety and performance.
Strategic Crossfunctional Project Leadership
Define, lead, and execute cross-functional post market quality improvement and governance programs aligned with corporate strategy.
Provide strategic guidance on continuous improvement methodologies focusing on capability building and supporting colleagues as necessary.
Drive strategic initiatives on improving process optimization, product reliability, post market product performance management and compliance.
Complex Investigations
Ensure frameworks are in place to further enhance high quality post market root cause analysis of product issues, providing oversight and strategic leadership. Hereunder ensure structures, governance and tools are in place to support:
Investigations into product quality, safety, performance and regulatory compliance concerns.
Timely resolution of critical incidents while maintaining transparency with internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with R&D, Business Quality, QMS team, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to align improvement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and governance forums to drive accountability and progress.
Build strong relationships across global sites to harmonize processes, share best practices, and mentor managers in organizing their teams for success.
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure adherence to relevant medical device regulations and actively stay informed of latest updates
Support audit readiness and proactively address compliance gaps.
Translate business requirements into actionable improvement programs and processes
Performance & Reporting
Establish KPIs and meeting structures to monitor program effectiveness and ensure transparent and timely communication.
Deliver executive-level presentations highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making
What you bring
Advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
10+ years of experience in the medical device industry, with proven leadership in strategic programs.
Strong expertise in driving product quality, understanding quality systems, upholding regulatory compliance, and product risk management.
Preference will be given to candidates with a project management certification
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with applying different improvement methodologies (eg.: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Resilient and adaptable in navigating complex regulatory and operational landscapes.
