The customer Service and Technical Operations Trainer is responsible designing, delivering and maintaining training programs across Customer Service, Technical Support and Operational Teams.
What you will do
Create and Deliver new starter training
Deliver refresher training
Train employees on systems and operational processes
Create and maintain work instructions
Evaluate effectiveness of training
What you bring
Experience
Proven experience as a trainer
Audiology Industry desirable but not essential
Call centre environment training experience desirable but not essential
Personal competencies
Highly organised
Process driven
Adaptable and comfortable with fast-paced operational environment
Work collaboratively
Approachable
Confidence in working with cross-functional teams
