VP, Global Infrastructure & Services

We are looking for a Global Infrastructure & Service Vice President to front the strategy, design, delivery, and operations of WSA's global IT infrastructure and associated services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-effective platforms that enable business capabilities across regions, while maintaining high service levels, strong governance, and operational performance.
What you will do
Strategic leadership: Define and socialize the global infrastructure and services roadmap aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and digital transformation initiatives
Architecture and engineering: Oversee the design, standardization, and evolution of data centers, cloud (public/private/hybrid), networks, storage, security, and monitoring/core platform services
Service delivery management: Establish and optimize service catalogs, SLAs, OLAs, incident management, change management, release planning, and continuous improvement processes
Operations and reliability: Drive high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and resilience programs; implement proactive monitoring, observability, and incident response playbooks
Security and compliance: Collaborate with the Information security organization to ensure robust cloud and on-prem security controls, identity and access governance, encryption, risk assessments, and regulatory/compliance adherence across regions
Financial stewardship: Develop and manage budgets, cost optimization (PUE/efficiency, cloud spend, vendor contracts), and total cost of ownership for infrastructure services
Vendor and partner management: Lead strategic relationships with cloud providers, MSPs, hardware vendors, and security partners; negotiate terms and drive vendor performance
Talent and organization: Build and lead a global team of engineers, architects, and operators; foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous learning; succession planning
Governance and risk: Establish policies, standards, and governance frameworks; ensure audit readiness and risk management across all regions
Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with CIO, product, security, compliance, and business units to enable rapid delivery of capabilities with appropriate risk controls.
What you bring
Experience
Proven global executive leadership in infrastructure, cloud, and IT services (8–15+ years preferred) with a track record of delivering complex, multi-region programs
Deep expertise in cloud architecture, networking, data center operations, security, identity/access management, and disaster recovery
MBA or advanced degree; certifications such as architect/engineering, ITIL/ITSM, CISSP/CISA
Experience with multi-cloud, SaaS ecosystems, and global data residency considerations.
Performance and personal competencies
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost management, and vendor negotiations
Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and develop diverse, high-performing global teams; strong collaboration and communication skills with executive stakeholders
Strong governance, risk, and compliance mindset; experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection, privacy, industry standards)
Change management, program management, and the ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
