Junior Tax Support

The aim of this position is enhancing the quality and accuracy of VAT‑related data, ensuring that submissions and internal reporting are based on reliable information. As part of our tax team, you can also support compliance processes by assisting with documentation, follow‑up, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidate for this position should be interested in tax matters and have basic knowledge from similar disciplines like finance, tax law or accounting (you could be during the studies).
You need to know fluently English and Polish (both: written and spoken). If you are open to learning, willing to help and support the team and you are ready to work in international team in dynamic work environment, this position allows you to get professional experience and practice knowledge about tax processes.
What will your role involve?
You will be responsible for dispatching delivery confirmation statements to EU contractors and prepare data summaries. Part of your daily tasks will be collaborating with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments to resolve discrepancies and solve issue with incorrectly issued invoices. You will gather information for the tax team and the external service provider responsible for Polish VAT returns and draft basic responses to VAT-related inquiries. In additional you’ll also support Tax audits (preparing data) and preparing summaries and supporting materials for the VAT team.
