Senior Audiologist
We are seeking a Senior Audiologist to join our R&D department, contributing to the design, development, and validation of cutting-edge hearing solutions. You will bring hands-on audiological expertise and the ability to conduct listening tests across all stages of product development, from concept to launch.
What you’ll do
As part of our collaborative R&D team, you will work closely with developers and engineers, providing audiological guidance that ensures our products meet the highest standards for sound quality and user experience.
Your key responsibilities:
Audiological Research & Testing: Design, conduct, and evaluate audiological studies with internal and external test participants.
Product Development Support: Provide audiological expertise in developing innovative hearing aid concepts and operating principles.
Verification & Documentation: Execute audiological verification activities, including systematic documentation and reporting.
Cross-Functional Support: Offer audiological insights to Marketing, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders as needed.
What you bring
We imagine that you hold a university degree in Audiology and bring at least 4 years of experience in audiological testing, whether in a clinical, technical, or R&D setting. We hope you are open-minded, energetic, and skilled at building rapport with both colleagues and test participants, bringing a positive attitude to every project.
Experience
University degree in Audiology.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in audiology, preferably with technical or clinical exposure.
Knowledge of audiological test principles and procedures.
Experience with software fitting tools and Matlab knowledge is a plus.
Experience with TPS testing.
Personal competencies
Open-minded, positive, and energetic attitude.
Able to analyse data objectively and produce well-structured reports in collaboration with colleagues, while building strong rapport with patients, testers, and team members.
Able to manage communication and collaboration with external participants
Strong organizational and planning skills (outlining, coordinating studies).
Effective communicator and team player.
