We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Customer Configurability within WSA. The role will drive the evolution of our configuration ecosystem, ensuring scalable, future-ready solutions that support business growth, transformation, and seamless integration across platforms, systems and tools.
What you will do
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Customer Configurability, aligning business objectives with technology capabilities.
Drive the evolution of customer, product, and variant configuration capabilities to support scalable, cloud-based business solutions.
Define and govern data models, taxonomies, variant structures, configuration rules, and integration standards across enterprise platforms.
Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap, balancing business priorities, customer needs, and technical sustainability.
Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into impactful software solutions.
Lead cross-functional product initiatives across global teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful delivery of business value.
Drive digital transformation through modern technologies, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prioritize features, and enhancements based on business value, strategic impact, and customer outcomes.
Monitor product performance, define success metrics, and continuously optimize solutions to maximize adoption and business benefits.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and value realization to senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization.
What you bring
Experience
Master degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
12+ years of experience in configuration systems, software development, product management or technical leadeship roles
Proven experience defining and executing software product strategies and multi-year product roadmaps.
Experience managing enterprise software products throughout the complete product lifecycle.
Strong understanding of product data structures, variant logic, attribute frameworks, and complex configuration models
Knowledge of data governance principles, including data ownership, quality management, lineage, stewardship, and lifecycle processes
Experience in product data management, data governance, master data management (MDM), or systems integration roles
Strong experience working with distributed software development teams in agile environments.
Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, PIM, MDM, PLM, configuration management, or related domains.
Experience leading strategic initiatives involving system integration, cloud transformation, and digitalization
Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders across business, product, and engineering organizations.
