We are looking for a strategic Product Manager to lead the ERP (Microsoft Business Central) and Data capability within a global retail transformation program. This role sits at the heart of the Global Retail XP initiative, shaping how ERP and data solutions are defined, prioritized, and delivered across multiple markets.
You will drive product strategy, roadmap, and value realization ensuring scalable, compliant, and business-ready ERP and data capabilities that support retail operations globally.
What you will do
Define and own the ERP (Business Central) and Data product vision, roadmap, and prioritization aligned to Global Retail strategy
Drive product decisions by balancing value, risk, cost, and delivery timelines across markets and workstreams
Lead governance and steer cross-functional ERP and data initiatives through collaboration with Business Analysts, IT, and program teams
Ensure alignment between global standards and local market requirements, approving justified deviations where needed
Own the direction of data and reporting capabilities, including data migration outcomes and principles within the ERP scope
Drive adoption, business readiness, and value realization post-go-live across ERP and data products.
What you bring
Significant experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within ERP (preferably Microsoft Business Central), Data platforms, or enterprise transformation environments
Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes in enterprise or global transformation programs
Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, data platforms, reporting, and analytics at a product level
Experience working in global retail or consumer-facing transformation environments while leading or supporting complex international transformation initiatives involving ERP, data, or digital platforms
Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Architects, IT, and cross-functional delivery teams in Agile or hybrid setups
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships across business, technology, and transformation teams.
