Enterprise Risk Officer

This role reports directly to our Chief Legal Officer and focuses on creating and maintaining a comprehensive resilience framework, ensuring effective identification, assessment, and response to enterprise risks and crises.
What you will do
Enterprise Risk Management: Develop and enhance risk management frameworks, including governance and reporting.
Risk Identification and Assessment: Collaborate with leaders to pinpoint and evaluate various risks and mitigation strategies.
Risk Reporting: Generate regular reports for senior management and boards on emerging risks and mitigation progress.
Crisis Management: Establish policies and protocols for crisis situations.
Incident and Crisis Response: Coordinate responses to significant incidents, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
Business Continuity Management: Oversee the development and testing of business continuity plans and strategies.
Exercises and Training: Facilitate training and simulations for crisis teams and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Implement lessons learned from incidents to enhance processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster risk awareness and resilience planning across the organization.
External Alignment: Stay updated on regulatory and industry standards to maintain an effective resilience framework.
What you bring
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; a master’s is advantageous.
Professional certifications in risk management or related areas are desirable.
Proven experience in enterprise risk, crisis management, and compliance.
Experience with senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
