As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the center of our recruitment efforts, making a positive impact by ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process to attract and select top talent swiftly.

What you will do

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring high-caliber candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring needs, efficiently.

• Use innovative strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and motivation fit.

• Help shape the future of WSA by identifying and onboarding stellar colleagues.

What you bring

• Experience as a recruiter inhouse or with an agency

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a relevant discipline.

• Proficient in interacting with both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.

• Adept at articulating ideas and information effectively.
