Transformation Program Manager (m/f/d)
We usually respond within two weeks
Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WSA continues to grow as a market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.
WSA is running one of its largest global transformation program — 8 projects, 126 initiatives across 8 pilot markets, changing how our commercial business works end to end. This role sits at the center of it: keeping the program coordinated, keeping our markets ready for what's coming, and keeping the organization informed.
The job has three parts.
You'll coordinate the program day to day — tracking delivery across all projects in Microsoft Planner, leading the working sessions, holding the follow-through.
You'll drive business readiness and adoption across markets — running the readiness plan in every market, working alongside each project team under the program umbrella, and tracking whether what we build actually gets taken up.
And you'll own how the program reaches the organization — every audience, every channel.
Please note: This is a 3-year fixed-term contract supporting a strategic global transformation program.
What you will do:
Program coordination
Track delivery across all workstreams in Microsoft Planner — milestones, dependencies, risks, actions and deliverables.
Own the program's meeting rhythm: you set the agendas, lead the sessions, and hold the follow-through.
Maintain RAID and decision logs, and prepare status reporting and the material that feeds steering.
Keep program documentation and templates in a state where anyone can find the current version.
Business Readiness and Adoption
Steer change management across the program, guiding market teams as they deliver it locally — from first announcement through go-live to embedded use.
Give markets what they need to do it well: a clear approach, ready-made materials, and practical guidance on applying both to their own organization.
Coordinate the change network — local change leads, champions and super-users — and keep it aligned across markets.
Track readiness and adoption across all markets, and know the difference between a market that's ready and one that says it is. Where it slips, work with them to fix it.
Communication
Own how the program reaches the business: audiences, channels, calendar and content.
Write and produce program updates across every channel — leadership briefings, town halls, newsletters, intranet and Teams, market briefing packs.
Keep the message consistent across markets and functions while making it land locally.
Own the program's briefing assets, templates and tone of voice.
Experience
5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Programme Coordination or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
Experience supporting large-scale business or IT transformation programmes.
Experience coordinating change management and communication activities.
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in a global, matrix organisation.
Strong experience preparing executive presentations, reports and communication materials.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, along with Teams and SharePoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Personal competencies
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator who builds relationships across functions and seniority levels.
Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities.
Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
Creative approach to developing engaging communication materials.
Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
