Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WSA continues to grow as a market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.
At WSA, we believe that better digital experiences start with a deep understanding of our customers and their needs. As a Senior Strategic UX Researcher, you will help shape our digital strategy by uncovering insights that inform product roadmaps, business priorities, and the development of user-centred digital products and services. Your research will help us understand not only how people interact with our solutions, but also why they behave the way they do and where new opportunities lie.
You will join a growing, international research team currently based across Lynge and Hyderabad, working closely with senior leadership, including VPs, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will connect insights from different research initiatives, customer perspectives, and data sources to provide a clear picture of user needs and business opportunities.
What you will do
Lead strategic qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy, roadmaps, and business priorities.
Frame complex and ambiguous business challenges into clear research questions and actionable research plans.
Conduct generative research, including interviews, contextual inquiry, and exploratory studies, to uncover unmet user needs and opportunities.
Connect findings across research projects, customer segments, digital journeys, and data sources to identify patterns and generate meaningful insights.
Analyse quantitative data and behavioural insights, using tools such as Power BI where relevant, to complement qualitative findings.
Present research findings and recommendations to senior leaders, including VPs, translating complex evidence into clear business implications.
Collaborate with researchers, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure research complements usability testing and other validation activities.
Build a proactive research agenda and contribute to improving research practices, documentation, and capabilities across the organisation.
