As Team Lead Technical Documentation Poland, you will lead a team of five Technical Documentation Specialists and ensure the delivery of high-quality technical documentation for medical devices. You will combine people's leadership, operational coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to support product compliance, registration, and global launches.

What you will do

• Create and maintain clear, accurate and user-friendly documentation for medical products, including Instructions for Use, user guides, data sheets and safety manuals.

• Develop and update English master documents using internal content management systems and ensure documentation remains structured, consistent and ready for review and release.

• Coordinate the review and approval process for documentation, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

• Support translation activities and coordinate multiple language versions to enable global product availability.

• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management and external partners to collect information, clarify content and obtain required approvals.

• Ensure documentation complies with internal quality standards and supports applicable regulatory requirements.

• Continuously improve documentation, templates and processes to make information clear, easy to understand and accessible to users.
  

What you bring

• Demonstrated experience in a Team Lead or people management role. Background in Technical Documentation, Technical Writing, or a similar discipline is a strong plus but not essential.

• Proven ability to coach and develop employees while fostering a collaborative team culture.

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Languages or related field.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Understanding documentation processes, quality requirements, and review of workflows.

• Excellent English communication skills.
