Do you thrive in a highly international environment working cross-functionally to meet business needs? Then you may be our new Student Assistant for our Global Commercial Operations team.
Working as a Student Assistant in WSA
As a Student Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Global Commercial Operations team which consist of 35 people across Commercial Excellence, CRM & Data Governance. We all have a shared purpose of developing tools, systems and insights to help our local Sales and Marketing teams globally succeed. You will be supporting across the three teams in Commercial Operations on various strategic, tactical, and operational projects.

You will learn on the job, be given guidance by knowledgeable colleagues, and constantly receive constructive feedback to continuously develop your capabilities. We expect you to structure your work time in close dialogue with your manager, all while granting a high degree of autonomy and flexibility for your deliverables. As such, we aim to enable you to excel both in your education and at WSA.
On average, you can expect a workload of around 10-20 hours pr. week with flexibility around exams and vacations. The position is based in Lynge with some flexibility to also work from home.
In this role, you will get the chance to
- Support creation and execution of Global Sales and Marketing initiatives.
- Co-develop tools, systems, concepts, and workshops related to Commercial Operations.
- Build compelling PowerPoint presentations, as well as analyzing data in Excel turning it into actionable insights
- Support the teams with other value-adding projects and ad hoc tasks (E.g. maintain SharePoint)
Overall, you will be given a position in which you are involved in global projects. This will allow you to work closely with experienced colleagues who can help you to take your stakeholder management and strategic understanding to the next level.
Your profile
- A Bachelor or Master student with min. 12 months left of your studies (no requirements to field of study)
- Equipped with previous experience from internships or student assistant positions.
- Analytical, structured, and with a can-do attitude, which enables you to work independently.
- Fluent in English (written and verbally), proficiency in Danish is not required.
- Proficient in (and solid experience with) Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Additionally, we expect that you set high standards for yourself and others, and that you take pride in delivering quality work. Curiosity and a willingness to learn about commercial development is a given – as is a sense of humor and excitement about working in an ambitious team.
