We’re looking for an experienced website operations specialist to support our different markets in the EMEA region. This position requires a comprehensive technical understanding of content management systems and the ability to support website management tasks.

What you will do

• Support with maintaining and updating websites for the EMEA markets as per the global roadmap and local action plans
• Support local teams with the use of our content management system
• Support local teams with the localization of the provided website content and features
• Manage the rollout of new website solutions within the region
• Analyse and review website quality and content adoption on a regular basis, reporting actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
• Gather feedback and report on areas for improvement of our websites

What you bring

We are looking for a candidate with a solid technical understanding of websites and content management systems, as well as good organisational skills.

Your Experience 

• You have more than 2 years of experience in the field of website/content management
• You have working experience with enterprise content management systems
• You have an understanding of SEO and UX
• You have experience working with international stakeholders

Your personal competencies 

• You are creative and receptive to new ideas
• You thrive in a team environment
• You are comfortable with managing complex operations across multiple markets
• You have the willingness to learn and teach new technologies
• Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of any other European language will be beneficial for the position
