We are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Solutions Architecture to shape and drive the future of WSA’s global software ecosystem. In this role, you will define the architectural strategy that supports our Software products.

What you will do

• Define and drive the global Digital Solutions architectural strategy

• Lead and grow global software architects

• Create architectural runways for products and for the overall software system

• Steer global architectural initiatives

• Collaborate closely with Software Project Management, Product Management, Agile Teams, and R&D leadership

• Evaluate and drive the use of AI tools in architecture

• Ensure alignment across our multi-product ecosystem

What you bring

Experience

• Master’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, or similar

• 12+ years of relevant experience

• Proven global technical and people leadership

• Strong experience in Software Architecture across cloud, app, desktop, and embedded environments

• Experience leading large and complex global software initiatives

• Software development background including Agile methods

• Optional: Experience in medical device development or other regulated environments

Personal competencies

• Deep understanding of modular, scalable architecture

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Analytical mindset with experience in project tracking, feasibility assessment, and technical decision-making

• Ability to lead architecture initiatives across globally distributed teams
