What you will do

• Deploy and operate the WSA Azure cloud and on-premise infrastructure to ensure system availability and reliability. 
• Work on Service Desk tickets for incidents and requests. 
• Manage and support incidents and problems related to IT systems. 
• Support other IT projects and initiative. 
• Enter into discussion with users to understand their requirements and propose a solution to them. 
• Perform changes to IT systems according to approved Change Management process. 
• Support after-office hours incidents and other planned activities and meetings.

What you bring

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with operating and managing medium to large IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge in installing, configuring and troubleshooting virtualization technology with focus on at least 2 of the following; Nutanix AHV, VMWare ESXi, Microsoft HyperV. 
• Vast experience in deploying and administering Windows OS, including patching and troubleshooting. 
• Knowledge in operating IaaS in Azure, scripting and basic networking will be a bonus.
• Able to plan and manage projects to ensure timely delivery with minimal supervision.
