System Analyst, CRM
To deliver on our corporate purpose of making a wonderful sound part of everyone’s life, WS Audiology is looking for a new System Analyst to help develop, maintain, and operate the CIAM platform in WSA.
This is a great opportunity to join our IT HUB in Poland, where our team provides IT solutions on a global scale, utilizing a modern technology stack. This position is remote, so there is no requirement to work from the office (work from the territory of Poland is required).
Your Team
In this role, you will join our international CRM team, which is reporting to the Director, Commercial Systems. You’ll be cross-collaborating with internal stakeholders responsible for Salesforce, CRM, and other IT team members, as well as external vendors and suppliers. Our team works in an Agile environment, applying SCRUM principles.
What you will do
The CIAM platform is based heavily on Salesforce we need to make sure to have the bandwidth to support that. A CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) platform is a specialized type of Identity and Access Management (IAM) system designed to manage and secure customer identities, as well as their access to digital services and resources. This position is essential for maintaining the operation running on a system with high business impact.
In this role you’ll be responsible for:
- Platform Development - implementation of new features and functionality or changes in the existing code base based on business requirements and business value. Full stack development including LWC, Apex, Flows, and building integrations with RESTful services and the API-first approach,
- Change Management – Being part of the Agile team and working on the sprint backlog to process assigned work packages within the sprint. Collaborate with global and local Business stakeholders to clarify requirements and organize UAT,
- Support Management - Working on support for Sales, Service & Marketing Clouds in the Salesforce stack within the Service Management tool within WSA. Provide operations support to all end-users globally to run their business,
- Innovation - Stay up to date with development within the Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud technology stack.
What you bring
To be effective in this role, you need to have an experience with the Salesforce platform. We’re looking for candidates excited about working with internal customers, who are able to translate technical details from a product vision. The ideal candidate will think critically to solve problems and thrive in a dynamic, innovative, and enjoyable work environment.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Cloud,
- Hands-on experience in software development (Apex, LWC, AuraHTML, JavaScript, AMP Scripts) will be an additional advantage,
- Deep background in Sales & Service Cloud setup,
- Knowledge about system integrations (REST / SOAP), data mapping, and software development principles,
- Experience with Jira and Confluence, or similar,
- Hands-on experience in Agile software development processes,
- Solid understanding of coding design principles and best practices.
